Leader Retreat

I spent the past weekend at the Bike and Build leader retreat at the Banderman's house in NJ (shout out to Ken and Judy for their hospitality and wonderful cooking). I got to meet my fellow leaders (Angela, Ben, Dan) for the first time face to face. I knew before that we had an awesome leadership team, and this weekend confirmed that. A ton of information was thrown at us and hopefully I absorbed most of it. One of the main points, which applies in many instances is the more preparation you can do before-hand, the better. We'll find out over the next couple months :-) As a bonus to the weekend, I also got to see Kaley Bell (P2SF - 2007) who is the one who got me into Bike and Build.
